This phase includes client consultation, plan and site review, and in-depth proposal processes.   We keep a keen eye on budgets to ensure accuracy of costs, and stay on top of schedules for timely delivery.  

J Nichols employs our own dedicated contractors as well as utilizes many long-term subcontractors for the successful execution and completion of our projects.  We take great pride in the level of detail and craftsmanship  we provide for your project. 

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure clients complete satisfaction.
